Development of Sistem Muhendislik A.S.
In 1959 I graduated from istanbul technical university as a
professional mechanical engineer.I worked at Sivas Railroad
factory for a year.in 1961 I was in the army as a control engineer
in Van military hospital.In that period, I learned ministry
of public works' building and installation specifications.
In 1962 , I took army's discharge and then started to work
as a construction supervisor in public house buildings of Ege
University. In 1962 , I established Fehim Yenice Project &
Commitment firm ,with 100.000 TL capital. Because of my profession
, I took G type of builder report card.
My first tag was prefabric hut construction of Makine kimya.
Then loundry and kitchen construction of Esrefpasa hospital
and then I undersign outdoor lighting and waste water treatment
tasks of municipal coorporation's Izmir Cesme Motel construction,
and completed this tag in four months. Same year , I replenished
Izmir Buca E type prison
I had to take B type builder report card to undersign to bigger
projects. Some parts of the work I did before was about construction
. Because of this in 1963 , I took B type building report card
which was at a valuation of 800.000 TL.
In 1963 , I constructed the first section building of educational
institute for girls in Karsiyaka(Izmir) and then i constructed
D type public house of Ege University in İzmir.
In 1964 , i builded secondary school of Çeşme .Then , I completed
instructors building and sport complex construction of Izmir
Economics and Commercial Sciences Academy in one year.
In 1965 , I builded Gultepe secondary school and Cigli secondary
school in Izmir. Then I constructed irrigation canal of Gumuldur
in Izmir. In eight villages of izmir I builded 32 village clinics.
And ,i replenished Cunda bridge in Ayvalık which is today commemorated
as Turkey's first bosphorus bridge.After that i replenished
mental hospital in Manisa. I completed these tasks in a short
time.
In 1967 I builded Akcay recreational facilities which consists
of 7 blocks of 108 motel rooms and a tavern for SSK health comission.
Then SSK Kartal recreational facilities, SSK hospital building
in Edremit , Again hospital building in Isparta.I completed
these buildings before their due dates.
I completed Izmir's interstate bus terminal building in two
years which was 50.000 m2.
I had been given A type builder report card because of the
big jobs I did. While I was doing my constructions fast , I
decided to invest on industry and went to the fair of industry
in hannover. After my observations, investigations and with
my previous experience in my constructions I noticed that there
was a problem about door cases and decided to produce door cases.
In 1970 , I established Sanprofil San. Tic. A.S.. To take profile
I bought some machines from Italy and started to produce door
cases.Further more we were the first company that produces door
cases in Turkey . In our facilities we produced window profile.
In 1983 I went to Hannover fair again. And then we produced
first scaffold in Turkey. We also produced wooden door wing
in our facilities.
In 1974 I decided to establish a factory to produce prefabric
residance buildings. I established Betonsan Konut industry A.S.
. I took credit from Kalkınma bank and Know How from Austria.
I builded my own factories: one in Manisa organized industry
zone and the other in Antakya.We started production in 1976
and constructed 1000 residence in a year.
Because of the economic crisis in 1980, we couldn't pay back
our loan and sold our shares to DESIYAB. I quit from management.
The factory which produces 1000 konut in a year was abondened
because of bad management after I left.
In 1981 I decided to establish a corporatin in a twentieth
century's world.I believed that we could be more successful
as a family company. For this reason I closed my firm (Fehim
Yenice Project & Commitment) and then established Sistem
Muhendislik A.S.(joint stock company). Then I handed over my
builder report card to Sistem Muhendislik A.S. company.
Sistem Muhendislik is a family company and its board of management
is:
Gürsel Yenice as our economist graduated from the School of
Economics department of Dokuz Eylül University.
Z. Okan Yenice as our architecture graduated from the Architect
department of Dokuz Eylül University.
Gürkan Yenice as our engineer graduated from the Environmental
Engineering department of Marmara University.
Berna Yenice graduated from Ankara girls technical teacher academy.
We made 500 tone of steel shelf in four months for national
library in Ankara.
In 1982 we builded SSK's hospital in Pasabahce , then SSK's
parking building and block of offices in a very short time.
We builded 95 dublex villas in Yeni Foca in Izmir. Then we builded
12 floored building which consists of 48 flats in Ziverbey in
Istanbul.
We also builded Onur hotel in Kusadasi in 1986.This hotel has
666 bed and it is 35.000 m2.We completed the hotel in 13 months.
Our eighth president Turgut Ozal made the opening of the hotel.
On those days ,this hotel was the second five star hotel between
Istanbul and Antalya. On those days even today it was certainly
a big success to realize a large scaled task like this .It is
also hard to achieve a task like this in these days.
In 1989-1990, we builded two hotels. One of these was FEYE
PINARA hotel , our own hotel since we incorporated our company
.This hotel is in Turgutreis in Bodrum.In this hotel there are
143 rooms and 286 beds. The other hotel was Natur hotel in Bitez
in Bodrum. This hotel have 79 rooms and 158 beds.In those days
we builded 208 dublex villas in Turgutreis in Bodrum and builded
86 dublex villas in Davutlar in Kusadasi. We builded an apartment
in Karsiyaka and villas in Urla in Izmir.
We constructed a four star hotel with 400 beds as a %50 -50
partner on 1 february 1993 in Bishkek in Kirghizistan.Our eighth
president performed ground-breaking ceremonies in april 1993.
Then our ninth president Süleyman Demirel made the opening of
the hotel on 28 August 1995.
While we were building the four star-hotel in Bishkek , we builded
small industry and gas station which belongs to TIKA.
In 1999 and 2001 we builded four elementary schools . Two of
them were in Kocasinan and Yenibosna in Istanbul. Rest were
in Bornova and Torbali in Izmir
Nowadays we are building 48 houses in Bornova in Izmir. Each
of these houses consists of 4 room for living, a saloon, two
bathrooms and a kitchen and each house is 190 m2.
Our company is running Pinara Bishkek hotel in Kirghzistan
and FEYE Pinara hotel in Bodrum at present.Furthermore , we
make custom and official building operations in domestic land
and in abroad
